T & T Disability Support Services

Our team or well trained and experience support workers will endeavour to meet your needs as per your care plans. We are driven, motivated and guided by the need to promote and encourage choice and control, inclusion and participation in a 24hr flexible care program, as per your individual needs.

We also have on-call services for urgent matters.

 These services include but not limited to the following:

• Personal hygiene and grooming such as showers, oral/dental hygiene and dressing.

• Bladder and bowel continence management

• Meal preparation

• Nutrition and hydration

• Booking and attending appointments

• Grocery and other shopping

• House cleaning, laundry, closet and general organization

• Personal care

• Assistance with mobility as assessed by the physio or OT

• Assistance with application and maintenance of sensory aids such as hearing aids, glasses
