Working with an Inter-Disciplinary Team e.g. Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Dietician, Clinical Nurse Specialist, GPs, Pharmacists etc

Assessment, monitoring and documentation of any and all the restrictive practices as per individual support plans in accordance to the NDIS guidelines.
