Whatever You Need...
All our nursing services will be run and directed by well trained, experienced and AHPRA-registered nurses. Your care plan/s will be drawn up in consultation with you. You or your loved ones or careers will participate as much as possible to ensure your needs are known and met accordingly. Some of the services will include the following:
CVAD care and management – such as PICC line dressing; PORT Management
Medication Management and Administration
BGL Monitoring and Management
End of Life / Palliative Care
Urinary Catheter Management: IDC, Suprapubic (SPC), Uridome, Intermittent Catheter
Injections: Intramuscular, Subcutaneous, Intravenous, Intradermal
Simple & Complex Wound Management: Burns, Acute and chronic Wound, Surgical, Trauma, pressure ulcers, skin tears among others.
Diabetes Management: Hypo and Hyper-glycaemic management, Diabetes assessment and education, BGL monitoring, Medication management – insulin and tablets, Emergency Management, lifestyle change etc.
Working with an Inter-Disciplinary Team e.g. Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Dietician, Clinical Nurse Specialist, GPs, pharmacy, Specialists etc
Assessment, monitoring and documentation of any and all the restrictive practices as per individual support plans in accordance to the NDIS guidelines.
